That is the bass piece and now we are going to add the actual step that we need to learn to combine with this bass piece. So coming on to start off; put your right stomp, left stomp clap situation. You are going to go 1 and 2, 5, 6, 7, 8.....5,6,7,8, 1 and 2, and that is right, left clap. Okay. And what happens is after you clap, you should clap like this, put your hands like this, you are going to hit your chest ah, pop, boom, pop and that is the right stomp to a clap again.
So check it back, it said right, left clap pop, pop, boom, clap. So, you want to hit your chest with two hands, your thighs with two hands. When you hit your thighs you want to look at those thighs and then come back up to your focus comes back from down to up when you clap your hands. What you are going to do from here on is, take three steps with your left leg. You are going to go and boom, boom and boom. And just realize that my hands are placed over my right. My focus is looking down. Okay. So, all my weight is on my left leg.
Alright, let's take it back. So you are going to go boom, pop, pop, pop, boom, pop, boom, boom, boom. So, that was 1, 2, 3 you are going to keep the same triplet kind of sound beat going on with the hands right here. 1, 2, 3. Okay. So, it is going to go 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3 and now you are going to do the same thing you just did to your left towards your right. 1, 2, 3 same thing. Right focus is right here down, you are looking this way, your hands are towards your left or your weight is on your right. So, let us combine that together, you are going to go 1 and 2, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, parap, pa, pa, pa. So from right here you are going to clap. Then you are going to go left, right. And that left, right is going to bring you to the center.
So, after you go three times over here, boom, boom, boom, clap, left, right. And how do we start this step? We start it with our right leg stomp. Right and that is just how we end it. So guess what we are going to loop the step again. So, after you go here. Boom, boom, boom, pop, boom and do it again pop, pop, boom, pop, boom, boom, boom, 1, 2, 3, boom, boom, pop and you just finish it off with your left leg stomp, boom, your arms are extended right here and next do a right leg stomp into a stage. And that is the step right there. Let us take it back, we are going to loop it and then we are going do the bass beat. So, you are going to go pop, 6, pop, 6, 7 and a...
So, I am going to ask you to do the same bass beat that we just taught you. Right and then I am going to join in with this new intermediate step. 5, 6...5, 6, 5, 6, 7, ho... Alright and that is how you do an intermediate step combined to a base beat.

And you really just start it from here, step -- clap, step -- clap, step -- clap, step -- clap. So this is a simple move for beginners and you can really put your own groove and your own energy into it.
Ava: Once you get more comfortable, because that's what dancing's all about, right?
Anthony: So our second move, what we're going to do is we're going to step and drop the shoulder. It's going to go one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. This is just a simple, cool, calm, and collected dance move that will get everybody dancing with you. You can put your own spin on it, too. We can go one drop, two drop, three drop, four drop.
Ava: Awesome. Awesome.
Loretta: Okay, I'm going to show you one more. We're going to stand with our feet together. Our arms are going to come up, and we're going to circle, circle. And while we're doing that, we're going to turn with our right.
So we're going to go one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Easy, and just like the step -- clap you can make it bigger, too. Let's turn; five, six, seven, eight; one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight; awesome.
